When you travel through Iron County in the upper peninsula of Michigan, try to get to Crystal Falls for a day. In addition to the Theatre, unique shops, court house and the incredible views, there is Sommers.

In the warm months they have a deli downtown that is open. In winter however, you have to go to the industrial park to visit the smokehouse. When I walked in they were smoking jerky and the aroma was so delicious that my mouth watered until I walked out.
Let me tell you the thing to not miss. The SMOKED BRATWURST is simply the best I have ever had, anywhere.
