There is a legendary gravity mystery near Frankfort.  The M-22 drive is one of the most spectacular in the state and Crystal Lake remains pristine.  Further inland is the gorgeous Torch Lake.  This 19 mile long, 300 foot deep lake has been rated the 3rd most beautiful in the world by National Geographic.  The Empire area has been voted one of the 10 most beautiful regions in America.
